Cancellation conditions

according to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry 2006

 

  • Cancellations more than three months before the planned departure are free of charge,

  • Cancellations three to one month before arrival cost 40% of the room rate,

  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%

for cancellations within 7 days before the planned arrival the hotel guest must pay 90% cancellation fee

 

Please contact us as early as possible in case of cancellation, because this is the best way to find a good solution together!!!
